MTV: Pretty Little Liars

Working closely with Quietstorm, we completed a series of Visual Effects shots for the new MTV show Pretty Little Liars, think desperate housewives but with 18 girls. The whole premise of the spots were that the girls couldn’t hide the truth and it will come out in the end.

The girls were shot at 2k on red at 120fps, The effects were then built up from the red raw look, then displacement bump, then breaking through the skin to final tattoo colouring. Sadly the finals were all edited HD… but then graded at PAL as the intended target channel isn't HD in the UK.

Richard Ashcroft: Born Again

The United Nation's of Sound Music video contained a fully CG environment and was filmed using greenscreen footage. Onedeadpixel aided with the filming and created all of the visual effects present in the video.

Carlsberg

This high impact viral marketing project seamlessly integrates high end visual effects with in-house film production, creating an outcome which would normally be difficult to achieve using traditional methods. The footage was captured using the latest digital film technology which gave superior cinematic qualities.
